Manufacturer of Bright Steel bars and wires, Maiden Forgings (MFL) has successfully acquired land nearly double the size of its current facilities, spanning about four acres. The move is aimed at enhancing its operational efficiencies and lowering costs.
The plan involves combining two of its current facilities into one and acquiring additional machinery to increase its capacity. With the upcoming plant, the company aims to grow its product range and customer base, focusing on industry clients. Additionally, the ample space provided by this new land will enable it to embark on all expansions planned over the next five years.
The company currently operates plants at three distinct locations within Ghaziabad in National Capital Region (NCR). The company intends to have the new manufacturing facility operational by October this year. Overall, this investment reinforces its long-term vision.
Apart from manufacturing a wide range of Bright Steel bars and wires, the company has increasing focus on value add and specialised products. By leveraging the latest technology, including investment in solar energy to minimise electricity costs while increasing production, it is well-positioned for its future growth.
